The majority of our projects are in Central London and the surrounding home counties. They include various new build schemes, heavy and structural refurbishment and fit out projects:

•	The construction of new commercial office space, often for internationally recognised brands and developers. Our expertise is divided equally across complex refurbishment, new build and pure fit out projects.
•	Working with recognised brands and organisations to create modern retail space, hotels or leisure facilities such as spas or sporting venues. 
•	Building state of the art education facilities for leading UK schools and education organisations. 
•	The creation of a home of unquestionable standards of quality for private Clients. Our experience in this sector includes examples of both new build and refurbishment schemes in some of the most prestigious locations in London and the home counties.
•	The construction of multiple dwellings for residential developers, often with high quality services installations and finishes. 
•	Many of our projects are undertaken within buildings which are either listed or of historical interest.
