Marlina Manurung is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Knight Frank since January 2017, where responsibilities include developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives. Previously, Marlina held the position of HR Specialist at PT. Benesse Indonesia from November 2014 to January 2017, contributing to the development of educational programs. Prior experience includes serving as an Associate at DANDIAH & ASSOCIATE, specializing in HR consultancy, and as an HR Supervisor at ITC Group of Companies, overseeing recruitment processes and performance evaluation tool development. Marlina holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universitas Padjadjaran, having previously attended SMAN 2 Yayasan Soposurung in Balige.
