Xander Damen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management and consultancy roles. Currently serving as the Managing Director at Intellify since January 2024, Xander has held significant positions at KNHB, including Voorzitter District Bestuurscommissie Arbitrage Zuid-Nederland and Bondsscheidsrechter since September 2008. Previously, Xander was Managing Director at CloseSure from November 2018 to December 2023, where responsibilities included man-management, recruitment, sales, delivery, and competence management, alongside serving as the competence lead for Data. Additional experience includes managing roles at Heeyoo, Scrum Master at Rabobank ICT supporting Enterprise Data Lake teams, and positions in data consultancy, architecture, and testing at various organizations. Xander holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from Radboud University and completed VWO with an NT profile at Maaslandcollege.
