Thomas Tichelman is an accomplished sports professional with extensive experience in coaching and program development. Currently serving as the Assistant Coach for the Ladies National Field Hockey Team of the Netherlands at KNHB, Tichelman also plays a key role in program and curriculum design at the Sports Leadership Institute. As a Co-Founder of SportsInQ, Tichelman focuses on leadership programs in high-performance sports environments. Additionally, Tichelman has been the Director and Co-Owner of SportWays, managing a large-scale participant program across several continents. Previous roles include Performance Manager and various coaching positions with the Dutch National Teams, contributing to significant successes such as a silver medal at the London Olympics 2012. Tichelman holds a degree in Physical Education, Sports Management, and Sports Physiology from The Hague University of Applied Sciences.
