Seve van Ass possesses significant experience in both sports and business management. Currently, Seve is part of the Operations team at Mentha, focusing on process optimization, ERP implementation, and productivity enhancements for portfolio companies since January 2020. Simultaneously, Seve has been an athlete on the Dutch National men's hockey team since 2011 and plays for the first men's team of HOC-Gazellen Combinatie HGC. Previous roles include founding Blitss.eu, serving as a Senior Business Controller at Deloitte, and being an ambassador for SPTL and Grays Hockey. Seve holds a post-master's degree in Registercontroller from Erasmus University Rotterdam and multiple degrees in Accounting and Business Administration from the same institution.
