Bo-Jane Ladru is a co-owner and applied sport scientist at X-SKILLS, where the focus is on developing the innovative X-Skills Beam tool for data-driven athlete training. Alongside this role, Bo-Jane is conducting a PhD project titled SMARTFLICK in collaboration with the Dutch Hockey Federation, which aims to establish a biomechanical framework for the drag-flick technique. With extensive experience in applied sport science, Bo-Jane has provided services ranging from biomechanical analyses to personalized training plans, and has held positions as a research supervisor at Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences and as a performance trainer at Sparta Rotterdam and Hockeydrive. Bo-Jane holds a Master's degree in Human Movement Sciences and a Bachelor's degree in Sport and Physical Education from the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences, respectively.
