Oleg Gorun, MBA, is an experienced project and plant manager with a strong background in the cement and insulation industries. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Knauf since August 2022, Oleg previously held various significant roles at Knauf Insulation, including Plant Manager and Continuous Improvement Leader. With extensive experience at LafargeHolcim and HeidelbergCement, Oleg has demonstrated full P&L responsibility managing plants with revenue up to $50 million, alongside a strong commitment to safety and compliance with environmental policies. Oleg's career started at KRIVBASSPROJECT, where project engineering skills were developed, further supported by an MBA from Hult Ashridge and a degree from Kryvyi Rih Technical University.
