Justin Dugas, CSP, currently serves as the Global Director of Employee Health and Safety at Knauf since July 2021. With over two decades of experience in various roles at USG, Justin has held positions including Global Director of Employee Safety and Health, Senior Director of Safety and HR Operations, and Safety Manager, among others. Justin's early career included HR management roles at Westlake, Avon, Empire, and Chicago facilities. Additionally, Justin has been actively involved with the Campbell Institute at the National Safety Council as Research Subcommittee Chair and Steering Committee Member since May 2018. Justin obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Louisiana State University from 1995 to 2000.
