Doug Harkless is an experienced professional in account management and sales engineering, currently serving as the OEM Key Account Manager at Knape & Vogt Manufacturing Company since February 2023. Prior to this role, Doug held positions at REHAU from 2014 to February 2023 as an Account Manager/Sales Engineer, where responsibilities included managing large OEM furniture accounts and facilitating customer training on product applications. Earlier experiences also encompass a role as a Design Consultant for various sectors, achieving significant sales growth as an Account Manager/OEM Sales Engineer at Ammeraal Beltech, and developing territory sales at Tower Oil & Technology. Doug began a professional trajectory at Steelcase from 1990 to 1997, designing and engineering custom products based on customer requirements.
