Douglas Smith serves as the Chief Executive Officer at KMS, LLC, since October 2021, also holding roles as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Technology Officer, with a focus on driving business growth, operations, and system scalability. Prior to this, Douglas was the Vice President of Logistics and Supply Chain at Boot Barn, overseeing global logistics and enhancing the Ecommerce customer experience. Experience includes senior management positions at SONY Electronics, Musicians Friend, and inventory control at PetSmart, along with military service as a Logistics and Records Specialist in the US Army. Douglas holds an MBA in International Business from Park University, a BS in Organizational Management from Roberts Wesleyan University, and an A.S. in Business Administration from Monroe Community College.
