Ivan Trajkovski serves as the General Manager and Resident Director for Australia and New Zealand at KMC Solutions since January 2024, leading the largest flexible space and talent-as-a-service provider in the Philippines. As the Founder of Impressive Outsourcing since September 2023, Ivan leverages 25 years of experience in establishing and managing offshore teams to deliver tailored solutions in the Philippines. In addition, Ivan has been an Executive Coach at the International Coaching Federation since June 2020, having earned certification in evaluating coaching needs. Previously, achievements at Catch include scaling the team from 30 to 180 employees and receiving multiple awards for customer experience. Other notable roles span various leadership positions at Coventry Group, News Corp Australia, Sensis, Universal Media Co, and Telstra, complemented by a solid educational background in Executive Coaching from Swinburne University and Business Management from RMIT University.
