Kelly Voerman has extensive experience in talent acquisition and project management within the retail sector, currently serving as the National P&C Manager for Projects at Kmart Australia Limited since September 2021. Prior to this role, Kelly held several positions at Kmart and Target focused on talent acquisition, including Talent Acquisition Manager for Stores and Distribution Centers. Kelly's background includes over a decade at Cotton On Group, where positions ranged from Career Advisor to State Manager. Earlier career experiences include roles at Price Attack and Extend Australia. Kelly holds a Certificate IV in Graphic Design from Swinburne University of Technology.
