Fathima Abdulla is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as a People and Capability Business Partner at Kmart Australia Limited since June 2021. Prior to this role, Fathima held various senior HR positions at Standard Chartered Bank from August 2002 to June 2013, including Senior HR Business Partner for Group Technology Operations & Audit in the Middle East Region and Senior HR Business Partner for SME Banking, Priority Banking, and Retail Risk in the UAE. Fathima also served as Head of HR for Standard Chartered Holdings and HR Business Partner for Consumer Banking in Sri Lanka. Fathima holds a Master of Business Administration from American City University and a Bachelor's degree in Business from The Manchester Metropolitan University.
