Kimmelle Austin, MBA, has extensive experience in operations and performance management across various industries. Currently serving as Director of Operations at KM2 Solutions since August 2015, Kimmelle has progressively advanced through roles including Senior Operations Manager and Operations Manager. Previous experience includes establishing a Performance Management Consultancy, where significant improvements in performance were achieved. Kimmelle has also held positions with Digicel Business as Client Trainer and with NCO Financial Services as General Manager of CRM Operations, focusing on enhancing customer experience and leadership development for over 120 supervisors and managers. Educational qualifications include a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Wales and a Bachelor's degree in Education from The University of the West Indies.
