Micha Roon is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in engineering and innovation across various sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Engineering at The Hashgraph Association since May 2023, Micha supports innovation projects through training and mentorship. Micha is also the owner and founder of managination, a company dedicated to enhancing the software development process. Previous roles include Head of Web3 Engineering at NOUMENA DIGITAL AG, CTO of bonq, and Chief Innovation Officer at Energy Web. Additionally, Micha has contributed as a Foundation Board member and CTO at Share&Charge and has been involved in advisory roles at IIB Council and PioneerVentures.io. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Lausanne, a course in Fintech from MIT, and certification in Project Management.
