Gregory Scheidegger has extensive experience in operations and engineering, currently serving in a global capacity at Klüber Lubrication since August 2018, focusing on operations strategy, cost management, and engineering processes. Prior to this role, Gregory held several positions at BASF from October 2004 to July 2018, including Head of Production and Excellence for the Asia Pacific Coatings solution and Project Operation Manager for a new polymer plant, where responsibilities included managing engineering support and overseeing commissioning and startup operations. Earlier roles include Plant Manager and Production Manager in resins at BASF, Production Manager for pigments at Clariant, and Process Engineer at Eli Lilly and Company. Gregory holds a Chemical Engineering degree from ENSIC, earned between 1996 and 2000.
