Catherine Tyger has had a varied work experience, beginning in 2005 as a Student Photographer and Freelance Photographer for Indiana University of Pennsylvania. In 2007, they worked as a Photographer for T.H. Properties and a Photography Intern for Joe Edelman Photographics. From 2009 to 2011, they were the Marketing Communications Manager for Omega Homes. From 2011 to 2019, they worked as a Business Systems Administrator and Marketing Coordinator for Vulcan Spring & Mfg. Co. In 2019, they were a Marketing Consultant for Center Shot Outfitters LLC and an English Second Language Teacher for VIPKid. Currently, they are the Head Of Marketing Operations for KloudGin, where they manage marketing automation systems and CRM, maintains scalable processes and best practices for lead and campaign management, monitors and maintains data quality in the database, executes data migration and cleansing projects, defines key metrics and develops reports and dashboards, creates regular reports on marketing and sales initiatives and effectiveness, works closely with sales department regarding flow of leads and customer service on customer support initiatives, ensures accurate ongoing budget allocations for marketing operations and campaigns, supports and trains team members across multiple departments in marketing automation and CRM systems, and sets up and launches strategic efforts such as nurture programs, email marketing campaigns, landing pages and workflows to shorten the sales cycle and increase inbound leads.
Catherine Tyger completed their Bachelor of Science in Communications Media from Indiana University of Pennsylvania between 2004 and 2007. Catherine has since obtained certifications from Microsoft's MTA: Database Fundamentals in June 2015, and from HubSpot Academy's Email Marketing Certified and Inbound Certified in October 2020 and June 2020, respectively.
