Amber Lam is an experienced professional in rewards management and compensation, currently serving as the Director of Rewards Management at Klook since November 2021. Prior to this role, Amber held various leadership positions at Inchcape plc, including Head of Reward for the APAC region and Senior Manager for Rewards & Policy in Greater China and Singapore. Additional experience includes roles at DFS Group Limited as Senior Manager for Global Reward & Mobility and Manager for Global Compensation & Benefits, as well as a position at BNY Mellon as Senior Associate for APAC Compensation & Benefits. Early career experience includes roles at Michael Page as a Recruitment Consultant, Aon as a Compensation & Benefits Consultant, and an internship at HSBC. Amber holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Information and Systems Management from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, and attended Marymount Secondary School.
