Florian Mialki has a strong background in IT infrastructure and service management. Florian is currently working at kloeckner.i GmbH as the VP of Global IT Infrastructure & Service Management. Prior to that, they were the Global Head of IT Infrastructure & Service Management at Evident Scientific.

Before their role at Evident Scientific, Florian worked at Olympus Surgical Technologies Europe as the Section Manager of IT Infrastructure & Service Management. Florian also held multiple roles at Olympus Europa SE & Co. KG, including Group Lead of IT Service Operations Management & Infrastructure Consulting, Group Lead of IT Service Operations Management, and Functional Teamlead of IT Service Operations Management.

Florian began their career at Hapag-Lloyd AG, where they worked in Technology Management and as an IT-Systemanalyst. Overall, Florian has a wealth of experience in IT infrastructure and service management, and has held various leadership positions throughout their career.

Florian Mialki obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Wirtschaftsinformatik from NORDAKADEMIE Graduate School, where they studied from 2007 to 2011. Following this, Florian pursued a Master of Arts (MA) in IT Management at FOM University of Applied Sciences for Economics and Management from 2012 to 2015.
