Will joined Kleinschmidt in June 2012 and brings more than 30 years of diverse scientific and marketing experience to the team. He served for 11 years as a proposal manager and marketing specialist for two other Maine-based engineering firms, and previously as an environmental geologist, grant writer, nonprofit executive, and high school science and mathematics teacher. He enjoys the collaborative problem-solving nature of proposal efforts and the creative process involved in developing persuasive marketing materials.
Will holds a B.A. in Geology from Williams College and is an active member of the Society for Marketing Professional Services (SMPS).
