Roy joins Kleinschmidt with more than 35 years of experience with Ontario Hydro/Ontario Power Generation. His experience ranges from mechanical to trades and supervisory roles, project management, and multiple hydro generating station portfolio management. He is a team-oriented leader focusing on the strengths and development of team members and processes/procedures. Roy possesses a continuous improvement/lessons learned philosophy and has developed strong labor relation skills while working in multiple unionized environments and with contracted labor forces.
Roy obtained a certificate of completion in comprehensive project management from the University of Toronto.
