Matthew Gold is a seasoned bankruptcy lawyer with extensive experience in various aspects of bankruptcy law, currently serving as a Partner at Kleinberg, Kaplan, Wolff & Cohen, P.C. since October 2005. Matthew has adeptly represented secured and unsecured creditors, debtors, and other stakeholders in complex chapter 11 reorganizations, chapter 7 liquidations, and out-of-court workouts. Previous roles include Partner positions at Olshan, Wolf Block, and Lowenthal, Landau, Fischer & Bring, along with an associate role at Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP and Weil Gotshal and Manges. Matthew's formal education includes a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Yale University.
