Shireen Pourbemani is currently the Voice of the Customer Manager at Klaviyo. Previously, they held positions at Filtered.ai as a Customer Success Manager and at Northeastern University as an Assistant Director of Programming and Education and Community Engagement Manager. Shireen also worked as a Student Success Manager at Level Education and as a Medical Assistant at Harvard Vanguard Medical Associates.
