Ramani Madireddy is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in software engineering and management. Currently serving as an Engineering Leader at Klaviyo since January 2022, Ramani previously held the position of Associate Director of Software Engineering at Chewy from January 2018 to January 2022, focusing on Payments and Giftcards. Ramani's career also includes significant roles at Zappos Family of Companies, starting as a Software Engineer and progressing to Software Engineering Manager from October 2012 to January 2018. Prior experience includes a Software Engineer position at Cisco Systems and a Software Engineer Intern role, complemented by academic contributions as a Teaching Assistant at Texas A&M University.
