Kimberly Oglesby is an experienced Learning Facilitator and Career Coach with a diverse background in training, professional development, and workforce solutions. Currently serving as a Learning Facilitator at Klatch and Clarity Consultants since December 2022, Kimberly has also been involved with Job Works since August 2016, specializing in areas such as Customer Service, Loss Prevention, and Retail Management. As the owner of Vision Quest Coaching Unlimited since November 2009, Kimberly provides nationwide coaching and professional development services. Additionally, previous roles include a Facilitator for Otsuka Pharmaceutical, Project Implementation Specialist for Infopro Learning, and medical sales positions at Auxilium Pharmaceuticals and GlaxoSmithKline. Kimberly holds a Certified Life Coach credential from Coach Training Alliance and a Master's in Social Work from the University of Cincinnati, complemented by a Bachelor's in Psychology/Interpersonal Communication from Ohio University.
