Michael Leung has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Michael is currently working as a Senior Data Analytics Associate at the Financial Conduct Authority since February 2023. Prior to this, they served as a Lead Data Analyst at Klarna from March 2021.

Before that, Michael worked at NewDay where they held multiple roles. Michael started as a Specialist in Data Analytics for Credit Risk Customer Acquisitions in October 2017 and then advanced to become a Senior Specialist in Analytics & Strategy Optimization for the same department from October 2019 to February 2021.

Michael also gained valuable experience at PwC, where they worked as a Senior Forensic Data Analyst in Forensic Technology from June 2014 to October 2017. Michael initially started at PwC as a Forensic Data Analyst in September 2012.

Additionally, Michael was an Intern in Forensic Technology at PwC in August 2011. Michael also gained experience as a Part-time Consultant at Imperial College Business Development Team from June 2010 to May 2011. Furthermore, they served as an Intern in Product Marketing at High Tech Computer (HTC Europe Co. Ltd) for a month in August 2010.

Michael Leung completed their secondary education at Taunton School from 2003 to 2008, where they achieved 4 A-Levels in Economics, Mathematics, Physics, and History. In 2008, they went on to pursue a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering with Management at Imperial College London, which they successfully completed in 2012.
