Mansi Sindhvad has been working in the Human Resources field since 2015. Mansi began their career as a Recruitment Consultant at IMS People. In 2016, they took on the role of HR Executive at Amber Road. In 2018, they became an HR Recruiter at Avagmah. In 2019, they worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Mech Mocha and an HR Business Partner at Cashfree. In 2020, they were a Human Resources Manager at THRIVE Wealth and is currently an HR Manager at Klarity. At Cashfree, they were responsible for hiring technology-lateral/Leadership and campus hiring from premier engineering campuses in India and was able to double the company size from 60 to 125 in 6 months. At Mech Mocha, they developed and executed recruiting plans to meet the hiring requirements and increased the hiring ratio from 1% to 10%. At Amber Road, they handled the complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the best talent. At IMS People, they were responsible for recruiting U.S. candidates of particular skills for their clients.

Mansi Sindhvad obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from C U Shah college of Engineering and Technology between 2011 and 2015.
