Cynthia Kuber has had a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Cynthia started their career at The Walt Disney Company, where they worked in Human Resources from 1999 to 2001. Following that, they joined Kohler Co., also in a Human Resources role, from 2001 to 2003. Cynthia then joined American Transmission Co. as a Human Resources professional from 2003 to 2007. In 2007, they transitioned to KK Integrated Logistics, Inc., where they held various roles throughout their tenure, including Corporate Development from 2007 to 2009, Vice President from 2009 to 2012, and eventually President from 2012 to the present.

Cynthia Kuber completed the General Management Program (GMP) at The Wharton School in 2019. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from Santa Clara University.
