Victor Schwitzgold is an experienced finance professional currently serving as Head of Group Controlling and Business Controller at Kjell & Company since August 2022, overseeing group FP&A activities. Previously, Victor held the role of Financial Controller at IKEA for a brief period and worked as a Business Analyst and in M&A at Rosti Group, where responsibilities included managing M&A activities and leading the acquisition of Plastic Components Inc to expand into the North American market.
