Olivia Bouchier is a Senior Regulatory Affairs Manager at Kiwibank since February 2021, previously holding the position of Regulatory Affairs Manager. Prior to this role, Olivia served as Policy Director and Legal Counsel at the New Zealand Bankers' Association from July 2017 to February 2021, where responsibilities included shaping the Association’s policy and regulatory programs in collaboration with 17 member banks. Earlier experience includes serving as Associate Director - Policy & Legal Counsel and Solicitor at Russell McVeagh, New Zealand's premier commercial law firm, where Olivia specialized in various legal issues including banking regulation and litigation. Olivia holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Psychology and Criminology from Victoria University of Wellington, and completed secondary education at St Cuthbert's College.
