Dianne Roulston has over 30 years of experience in remuneration and benefits, currently serving as the Head of Remuneration at Kiwibank since January 2018, following roles as Remuneration Manager and Remuneration and Benefits Specialist. Prior to Kiwibank, Dianne worked at the Bank of New Zealand from April 2003 to December 2017 as a Performance & Reward Consultant, where responsibilities included managing the annual review process and leading reward initiatives. Earlier experience includes positions at Mercer Cullen Egan Dell as a Survey Manager/Consultant, PA Consulting Group as a Consultant, and Progressive Enterprises as a Remuneration & Benefits Manager, where Dianne managed remuneration strategies and employee benefits. Dianne began this professional journey as an Office Manager at Jason Publishing and holds a Bachelor of Arts from The University of Auckland and a Diploma of Teaching from Auckland College of Education.
