Todd VanderStelt is a seasoned entrepreneur and business leader with extensive experience in eCommerce and retail operations. As the Founder of MixShift since January 2023 and the Managing Partner at Dash Applications since June 2017, Todd focuses on improving operations and sales for retailers and brands, particularly in the digital retail space. Todd also founded TidalBore Group in February 2016, a management consulting firm specializing in retail, and serves on the Board of Directors for Kiwa Natural Life. Previous roles include advisory positions at Health Sqyre and mentoring at Telluride Venture Accelerator and the Silicon Flatirons Center. A significant part of Todd's career was spent at Amazon, where Todd held various leadership roles, significantly impacting operations, eCommerce development, and automation. Todd holds an MBA in Finance from Purdue University and a BA in Marketing from Michigan State University.
