Gerke Oosting is an accomplished change management professional currently serving as Change Management Lead for Kiwa since April 2024, guiding the organization's business transformation. Gerke has extensive experience as a Business Change Management consultant and initiator for Dutch Change since January 2014, focusing on impactful organizational changes. Previous roles include Change Management and Program Management at Oosting Verandermanagement, and positions such as Change Manager for Cargill Agricultural Supply Chain and program manager for ASML, Philips, DowDuPont, FrieslandCampina, and NXP Semiconductors. Gerke holds an MBA from Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, and a degree in Cultuurtechniek from Wageningen University & Research, complemented by studies at Cornell University.
