Manon Lafaye is an experienced investment manager with a focus on Francophone Africa, currently serving as a Senior Investment Manager at Kiva since April 2015. Previously, Manon held various roles at Kiva, including Investment Manager and Portfolio Manager for different regions. Prior experience includes Project Manager and Research Analyst at Amplifier Strategies, where project management skills were demonstrated through the launch of a philanthropy program and donor cultivation events. Manon also worked as a Consultant at EEC Canada, managing rural transport surveys and ensuring data quality, and completed an internship at the Secretariat of the Convention on Biological Diversity. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Development Administration and Planning from UCL, a Bachelor of Arts in International Development from McGill University, and participation in the Climate Change: Learning for Action Fellowship at Terra.do.
