Laura Budrike is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and procurement. Currently serving as a Global Project Manager at Kitron Group since April 2017, Laura is responsible for defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables, as well as overseeing project plans to ensure timely progress. Prior experience includes leadership roles at UAB „Kesko Senukai Lithuania“ from May 2004 to September 2016, where Laura held the position of Head of Procurement Department and was instrumental in planning sales growth strategies across Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia. Laura also served as a Senior Brand Manager and Business Development Manager, focusing on various product categories, including toys and paints, and successfully implemented promotional activities. Laura holds a Master’s Degree in Marketing and a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, both from Kaunas University of Technology.
