Asma Awadh is an accomplished healthcare professional with extensive experience in health management and training. Currently serving as an Executive Consultant at KITO Health since May 2021, Asma provides support to both the Medical Research and Mathematical Research teams. Concurrently, as the Medical Officer of Health for Lang'ata Sub-County under Nairobi Metropolitan Health Services, Asma oversees the management of health facilities, leads the Sub-County Health Management team, and focuses on improving healthcare standards and disease management. Asma's previous roles include Senior Training Consultant at Sisu Global, where skills in training and curriculum development were honed, as well as vital contributions during the COVID-19 pandemic through training initiatives at AMREF Flying Doctors. With a solid educational foundation, including a Bachelor of Medicine and a Master’s in International Public Health, Asma demonstrates a strong commitment to public health and disease prevention.
