Scott Brooker has worked in the food industry for several years. Scott began their career in 2016 as General Manager at Uncommon Ground, and in 2019 they became General Manager at Kitchfix.

Scott Brooker attended The Culinary Institute of America from 1987 to 1989, earning an A.O.S. in Culinary Arts/Chef Training.
