Makenzie Stanley

Customer Experience Lead at Kitchfix

Makenzie Stanley has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2013 with a role as Shift Manager/Lead Server at Victoria's The Pasta Shop. In 2016, they were an Intern in the Film Department at the Oklahoma City Museum of Art, where they maintained budget sheets for the department's finances and the Film Director's travel, digitized the museum's permanent film collection archives, and wrote blurbs for the OKCMOA website. In 2017, they were an Intern at the Oklahoma Visual Arts Coalition, where they managed and updated the Event Calendar, assisted the executive and interim directors with their annual Momentum Art Exhibition, and renewed OVAC memberships and maintained nonprofit bookkeeping. In 2018, they were an Au Pair for two young Spanish children, teaching them English through daily activities, games, and excursions. In 2019, they were an ESL Teacher for VIPKid and a Clinical Lab Associate III at Tempus Labs, Inc. Currently, they are a Customer Experience Lead at Kitchfix and a Customer Support Representative, managing subscription services, troubleshooting customer issues, and overseeing deliveries in real time. Makenzie is also an ESL Instructor at the Chinese Mutual Aid Association (CMAA).

Makenzie Stanley attended the University of Oklahoma from 2013 to 2017, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Film and Media Studies and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish Language and Literature.
