Russon Hale is a seasoned professional in the construction industry, currently serving as the Preconstruction Manager at Kitchell since July 2022. Previously, Russon held the role of Director of Preconstruction at hardison/downey construction, inc., a subsidiary of Kitchell Corp., from 2008 to August 2022. Prior to that, Russon worked as a Project Manager at Kitchell from 1999 to 2008. Russon Hale holds a Master's degree in Construction Management from Arizona State University and a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management from Boise State University.
