Carol McCollum currently serves as the EAS Operations Coordinator at Kitchell, a position held since April 2024. Prior to this, Carol worked as a Project Coordinator at Kitchell and as a Program Coordinator for J. R. Conkey & Associates, Inc. from August 2016 to August 2022, where Carol was a subcontractor for the DGS FMD Program. Between June 2014 and August 2016, Carol held an administrative role at J. R. Conkey & Associates, Inc. as a subcontractor to the Gilbane/Kitchell Joint Venture on the Mule Creek Infill Project.
