Heinz-Josef Schlebusch has a comprehensive background in information security and software research and development. Heinz-Josef started their career at Synopsys in 1996, where they served as a Senior R&D Manager and later as Director R&D, overseeing the development of System Level Design Tools. In these roles, they were responsible for product line strategy, managing the entire software development process, and serving as a technology ambassador for the company. In 2004, they moved to KISTERS AG, where they held the position of Director SW R&D, leading the development of Resource Management Systems. Heinz-Josef later became the Director Information Security (CISO/DPO), responsible for ensuring the security of the company's information assets. Heinz-Josef Schlebusch earned their Ph.D. in Mathematics and Electrical Engineering from RWTH Aachen University, where they pursued their education from 1979 until 1991.
