Alicia Osborne currently serves as Vice President of Asset Management at Kirkpatrick Management Company, a position held since November 2023. Prior to this role, Alicia was with Flaherty & Collins Properties from March 2020 to November 2023, where responsibilities included Vice President of Affordable Management and Director of Affordable Housing. Alicia's experience in the property management sector includes serving as Regional Vice President at both Kirkpatrick Management Company and Greystone Property Management Corporation, as well as General Manager of the Multifamily Division at Kirkpatrick Management Company, Inc. from 1993 to 2012. Alicia is an alumna of the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, having attended from 1990 to 1993.
