Brittany Sakowitz is a distinguished Private Equity and M&A Partner at Kirkland & Ellis since July 2021, and serves as a member of Chief, an organization dedicated to advancing women in leadership roles. Previously, Brittany was a Partner at Vinson & Elkins from September 2014 to July 2021, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, capital markets, and corporate governance, primarily within the energy, healthcare, and technology sectors. Brittany began their career as a Corporate Attorney at Baker & Hostetler LLP from May 2011 to September 2014. Brittany holds an MBA in Finance with a concentration in Energy from the University of Houston, a JD from the University of Houston Law Center, and a BA in Communication from Louisiana State University.
