Szymon Kijas has extensive experience in IT strategy, development, and education. Currently serving as Deputy Director of the IT Strategy and Development Department at KIR S.A. since January 2008, Szymon has held various roles, including Analysis and IT Architecture Manager, System Designer, and Senior Software Developer specializing in .NET and Java. Additionally, since October 2009, Szymon has been an Assistant Professor and IT Expert at the Warsaw University of Technology, with responsibilities that include serving as a court expert in IT, evaluating tender competitions, and lecturing on post-graduate studies in IT resource management and project management. Prior to these roles, Szymon worked at TIMSI LLC as an Analyst and Software Developer, as well as at other companies in software development capacities. Szymon holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the Warsaw University of Technology, an MBA in Innovation and Data Analysis, and other degrees in IT science and management.
