Maria-Cristina Ventresca currently serves as the Managing Director at KIPP Team and Family, a position held since September 2024. Prior to this role, Maria-Cristina accumulated extensive experience at Partnership Schools, where roles included Vice President of Operations, Director of Operational Strategy, and Director of School Operations from July 2015 to September 2024.
