Marlene Salazar is a seasoned professional in event design and operations, currently serving as the Manager at KIPP Foundation since May 2018, where responsibilities include creating and managing project plans for multiple events and holding team members accountable to project milestones. Previously, Marlene held positions at KIPP NYC from November 2014 to May 2018, including Talent Operations Coordinator and Recruitment Associate, where skills in data management, recruitment event execution, and collaboration with marketing were developed. Marlene began a career at KIPP Foundation as an Online Marketing Intern from February 2013 to November 2014, contributing to content creation and social media promotion. Marlene earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from Fordham University in 2014 after graduating from St. Jean Baptiste High School in 2010.
