Meg Pantell has a diverse work experience in the education field. Meg currently works as a Special Education Improvement Lead at KIPP Public Schools Northern California since September 2022. Previously, they worked as a Network for School Improvement Research Manager at Bank Street College of Education from December 2020 to October 2022. Before that, they were a Research Assistant at Stanford University's Social Ecology Lab from December 2019 to July 2020. From August 2015 to July 2019, they were the Department Chair and Learning Specialist at Unity Preparatory Charter School of Brooklyn. Meg'searlier experience includes working as a Math Learning Specialist at KIPP NYC from July 2013 to June 2015.

Meg Pantell obtained a Master of Arts degree in Education Policy from Stanford University Graduate School of Education, where they attended from 2019 to 2020. In addition, they received a New York State Initial Teaching Certification from the NYC Department of Education in June 2013.
