Vivian Hodges is an accomplished social worker with extensive experience in educational and community settings. Currently serving as the KIPP Columbus Elementary School Social Worker since August 2022, Vivian previously worked as a Hilliard Darby School Social Worker, providing individual and group counseling for high school students and collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance student well-being. Previous roles include School-Based Therapist at OhioGuidestone, where mental health assessments and counseling were provided, as well as Foster Care Family Counselor at Youth Advocate Services, focusing on family reunification efforts. Other positions include After School Program Youth Specialist at Bellefaire JCB, Crisis Response Specialist at PATHWAYS OF CENTRAL OHIO, and Applied Behavior Analysis Therapist at Raphael Health Care, LLC.
