Dymonica Hurdle is a versatile professional with extensive experience in education, community service, and personal care. Currently a Manicurist at The W Nail Bar since July 2020 and a Teacher at KIPP Columbus since August 2020, Dymonica has previously served as an Impact Manager and Team Leader at City Year, where responsibilities included implementing school-wide service initiatives and creating measurable objectives to enhance student outcomes. Dymonica has participated in various leadership and mentorship programs, such as the Leadership for Social Change program at YWCA Columbus and the 1Girl initiative aimed at developing leadership among young women. Holding a Bachelor's degree in Journalism and Communications from the University of Cincinnati, Dymonica also has experience in public relations and event coordination, demonstrated through internships and roles at Agency Seven Public Relations and The Abercrumbie Group.
