De'Von Fulton has a diverse background in education and youth development, currently serving as a Lead Teacher and previously a Teaching Fellow at KIPP Columbus since October 2019. Prior experience includes roles as Assistant Director and Youth Development Specialist at Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Ohio from August 2019 to August 2020. De'Von also worked in various capacities in food service and camp counseling, including positions at Harvest Pizzeria, Bon Appétit Management Company, and Camp Walt Whitman. An alumnus of Denison University, De'Von earned a Bachelor of Arts in Education in 2019, following a high school diploma from Round Lake Senior High School in 2015.
